REFUND & DELIVERY POLICY

Please be advised that, for some excursions in Canada, all costs are provided in US dollars or Canadian dollars. Prices might change based on what's in stock. For instance, costs could increase on holidays. All pricing are contingent upon payment confirmation. It is possible to boost prices abruptly.

The reservation procedure will start with your reservation. Following the completion of your reservation, the cancellation fee will become applicable. We will fully and completely reimburse your transaction, with no additional fees, if your order cannot be checked for any reason.

Every customer is advised to carefully study the cancellation policy and to obtain the "Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR)" travel insurance coverage. The accommodation and tour schedules are set in advance. Individuals who fail to show up on the day of departure will not receive a refund.

All reservations are subject to the Cancellation Costs listed above, unless the tour you have scheduled has different rates or fees listed in the Special Notes.

For any reason whatsoever, no compensation will be granted for any portion of the tour that the client has not utilized following the tour's departure.

For tours that charge for air travel, the airfare is completely non-refundable.

Until it is confirmed, there is no return for the hotel stay extension.

If the tour departs within 60 days, we might not be able to change the departure date.

You must notify Tours-USA.com directly of any cancellations.

There can be a minimum staffing need for any tour. The customer in question may choose to receive a full refund or an equivalent tour product in its place. We would do all in our power to meet our clients' travel needs, but please keep in mind that if this were to occur, it would only occur under extremely unique and exceptional circumstances.

Fees for Modifications: After an email update is received, there is a $500 amendment fee for each modification (day, departure location, tour, etc.) made to the reservation. Unless the tour that is being booked has specific terms, fees, and restrictions listed in the Special Notes, the modification payments will apply to all reservations. Cancellation fees apply to reservations with departure dates within ninety-days.

We will only charge the difference in rates for an additional passenger if you decide to add one after the reservation has been confirmed. There will be a cancellation fee if the extra person has registered and the reservation cannot be changed or canceled. The cancellation of a customer's reservation would be covered by the regular cancellation procedure.
