Regardless of your location or place of business, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE TRAVEL SITE WILL BE RESOLVED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

The Travel Site, including any content or feature that may be added or removed, fees or charges for using the Travel Site, and other costs for using the Travel Site are all subject to change at any time by LCA. SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM THIRD PARTIES

Certain goods, services, and content are made available on the Travel Site by third parties (referred to as "Service Providers"). These include, but are not limited to, airlines, lodging facilities, automobile rental companies, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance providers, and other vendors who offer travel-related or other services on the Travel Site. Additionally, the copyrighted material and software accessible on the Travel Site are owned by the Service Suppliers and/or their third-party distributors and providers.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

Additional terms, conditions, and restrictions outlined by the relevant Service Provider apply to reservations and purchases of goods and services made on the Travel Sites. In addition to adhering to the applicable Service Provider's regulations, rules, and restrictions regulating the availability and use of tickets, products, and services, you also agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You now understand that breaking any of the terms of use, policies, rules, or restrictions set forth by such service provider could lead to: (a) the loss of any money you paid for the reservation or purchase; (b) its cancellation; (c) denial of access to flights, hotels, or other products or services; and (d) LCA charging your account for any expenses incurred by LCA as a result of the disruption. Any expenses, fees, tariffs, taxes, and other charges resulting from your use of the Travel Sites are your responsibility.

USING THE TRAVEL SITE AND ALL THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES IT PROVIDES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. The travel website, along with all of its contents and services, is offered "as is" and "as available."

IN REGARD TO SERVICE PROVIDERS, DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, NOT LCA EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS. LCA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDERS' ACTIONS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR NEGLIGENCE; IT ONLY SERVES AS A SALES AGENT FOR THEM.

It is not implied that LCA supports or suggests any product or service just because it is included or made available on the travel website. In the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, acts of war, terrorism, disease, or other force majeure event, or other cause beyond its direct control, LCA shall have no liability, will make no refund, and has no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, or other causes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no circumstances shall LCA or any service provider be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exempt, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. CA AND THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT, YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THE TRAVEL SITE; OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, IMAGE, VIDEO, OR AUDIO.

INDEMNIFICATION

In the event that a third party brings a claim, cause of action, or demand as a result of your use of the Travel Site, you agree to defend and indemnify LCA and any Service Providers, as well as their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (including reasonable legal and accounting fees).

COPYRIGHTS/TRADEMARKS

The trademarks, logos, and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Travel Site are owned by LCA and the Service Providers. Everything that is accessible on or through the Travel Site—including software—is protected by copyright ("Content").
